I cannot recommend this cap enough. After using a different once for a while (that helped a lot and did its job) I found it froze in weird angles and melted and dripped a bit from condensation.

This one is just perfect. Its soft, smooth, moulds perfectly to your head, keeps the coldness for quite a long time, easy to lie down or walk around with. Even if i am without a migraine, i still use this for hot weather now. If you have a generic ice cap but want a better one (or trying to decide which ice cap to choose), i 100% recommend this one.

I know many migraine sufferers are sensitive to smell, I keep mine in the plastic zip bag when in the freezer and so far that has stopped the ‘freezer food smell’. The cap itself doesnt have a strong smell at all, i can only notice if i directly sniff it, in which case it smells like the blow up lilos/animals for pools, but this smell may become less as mine is still new.

I have headaches and migraines and i suffer from over heating. I kept this in the freezer as instructed.
The bag it came in (to stop smells attaching to the material) snapped from being frozen. That wont work again.
The hat when put on is comfy and cosy and soothing when over eyes.
But even though fantastic for a couple of mins, and helped, i had to keep shifting it because it felt too cold.
Next i will try from fridge instead in the hope i wont need to keep moving it.

Yes, it soothed my poorly head.
Yes, it is very comfy too wear.
Also useful to cool yourself off on hot nights.
Accessories are pointless and can be so cold it brings its own pain.

Great mask that holds the cold well, nice relief when I have a migraine. Easy to fall asleep in. As a chronic migraine sufferer I have tried several masks and this one is the best. The pouch means it doesn't end up smelling like your freezer. Just be careful if you go straight from the freezer to putting it on, you might get brain freeze. Give it 20 mins if you can to warm up a little bit.

My parcel arrived just now, first impressions the mask are good, but the pouch for storage and freezing is cracked. The material of it is a bit more brittle than I expected. Not sure if I’ll return it over the pouch since I probably have an alternative.
Size feels good, maybe slightly large if I was going to be moving around (my normal hat size is ~57cm/22.5in or medium).
Quite heavy since the gel is quite thick, but good flexibility.

I haven’t used the mask yet - I’ll try to update this when I do.
