My printer refused this cartridge as it did not accept that it was a genuine HP ink cartridge. When I continuted it appeared that it only had Magenta. No Cyan or Yellow ! I was too late to return it as it was kept so that I always have a spare.
My printer is an HP Envy 5030 and is 4 months old. I have, since replaced the colour cartridge with another from another source and it works fine.

AVOID THIS PRODUCT

This product is completely and utterly useless. The advert quotes the cartridge should supply 100 sheets of colour.

We bought 2 of these cartridges and the first one only supplied 20 sheets of colour before running out. We then used the second one assuming it was just a fault with the first only to be shocked further. we were only able to print a mere 9 sheets from the second cartridge before it ran out. For the price of this product I am in complete disgust.

We consulted amazon over the issues we have incurred only to be told because we had used the product we could not have a full refund, and had to settle for 20% of what we paid.

I do not believe this is fair due to the false advertisement and extortionate pricing for this disgraceful product.

Easy enough to install. This is the best price I could find.
As always from HP a complete rip off price-wise.
I'd rather they made a printer that lasts (I'm on my third in six years) and sold cheaper, refillable cartridges (prefereably without a chip that stops you using up all the ink). A Universal cartridge that fits all thier printers - even with cross-manufacturer compatability! - would be a huge step forward.
HP are an enviromental disaster. Two broken printers that are too expensive to repair. A draw full of random unused cartridges that do not fit my new printer.

I have used HP Printers for years and these have been the best cartridges that I have used . The print colour is very good and the ink dries very quickly . The inks both black and colour hold the paper very well and the cartridges for my printer HP ENVY 5020 are very easy to fit .I have tried the equivalent cartridges but I have never been impressed and found that I had to replace them quicker than the originals.

I was not going to give any stars for this product at all but there was no option for zero stars. I could not use it because my printer rejected it as counterfeit and will not even work with my hp printer. I am so so disappointed and upset. I have bought printer ink once before through Amazon and I had no issues with it. I will not be buying my ink here ever again!!!!!

**AVOID** If I could give this 0 stars I would. Cant even contact seller for a refund. Wouldn't work in printer. No matter what I did. Found out after reading reviews it did this to alot of people. Went down currys and brought one from there and worked instantly. Dont waste your money!!!!! Goto your local currys and get proper HP ink!

If you are reassured by buying original HP, then these are for you. Make sure this is the right one - the other cartridge in my printer is black only and both have the same number!
Some people take a chance on cheaper unbranded equivalents - they may not work as well or last as long and HP will have no sympathy if your printer stops working - you pays your money and makes your choice!

I have been using these cartridges since I got my printer just under a year ago. I like how they come in two sizes standard or the XL.
The print quality is always very clear with these cartridges and i have printed out documents as well as photos onto photo paper and have never had any issues.

Installing them is very easy on my printer but every printer is different.
