Three estranged sisters. Six months to come back together.
When Georgie, Iris and Nola's mother died, the sisters made a pact: they would always be there for one another, no matter what.
Now, decades later, they can barely stand to be in the same room. As his health declined, their father came up with a plan to bring them back to one another. He stated in his will that before they can claim their inheritance, they must spend six months living together in the Irish village of Ballycove, and try to repair their broken relationships.
But reunited in their childhood home, old resentments boil over, new secrets threaten to come out and each sister must decide what matters more: their pride, or their family. Can they overcome their past and find a way to love each other once more?
An emotional, uplifting story about forgiveness, second chances and the importance of family, for fans of Sheila O'Flanagan and Heidi Swain.

This is a story that we can all relate to in so many ways, sisters Georgie Iris and Nola have never had the best of relationships with each other but an incident in there former years might overshadow there future.
Once I got into the book I was hooked the setting in the west of Ireland was picturesque and totally idyllic definitely a place for you to let your wounds heal, I want to give nothing away but thus was an amazing read and extremly thought provoking, I have nothing but praise for this exceptional book.
She does a brilliant job of dealing with the issue of sibling rivalries and perceived injustices. 3 sisters who, through their own human frailty, deny themselves the love and support of family. There is sorrow and heartache here as well as hope and joy.
There is much more to this book but to comment further would reveal too much!
There are many people who will find this book resonating with their own lives and it will hopefully remind them that life is just too short and love is so much better..
