2021: As you can see below I had a 5 star rating of this product when I purchased them last year. However, this new formula doesn’t do anything. Hasn’t positively changed my fatigue levels or energy levels. Was fine when it was just iron, but adding all the other ingredients has ruined it. No longer recommend.

2020: I was apprehensive about using tablets bought online, but they honestly worked instantly.

I was experiencing symptoms of low iron, but wasn’t able to go to my doctors due to covid, so I opted for these supplements to see if it was my iron causing the issues.
I’ve taken one everyday for 8 weeks now, and they’ve helped massively with my energy levels, the tiredness, dizziness, and headaches I was experiencing.

There is that little taste when taking them, were you know it’s iron tablets you’re taking, but it goes away a few seconds later.

I have low Iron, confirmed with a blood test. (I'm vegetarian with heavy menstruation also) These are only 18 milligrams which I read that will not harm you if you are not actually low in iron either. They also contain B12 so thought I'd play it safe and try these. Within 3 days I slept better, had more energy and felt much better. I had been feeling exhausted from simple tasks and waking up tired. Will keep taking these and test blood again in few months. Try them.

I was recommended to buy iron tablets for mild anemia and I needed a gentle one that does not cause stomach pain or constipation as I have IBS and these are pretty good with preventing that problem with added vitamin C etc, not 100% but most of the time fine but important to eat fruit and vegetables each day too. Three months supply and 18 grams of iron with additional vitamin C B2 B12 and Folic Acid and easy to swallow.

These taste of iron, which I don't mind. The type of iron used absorbs if there's a demand. Whether this stops excess iron build up I don't know. Being a regular blood donor I know that over time it's very difficult to effectively replace iron lost, through multiple donations, via dietery means. There's a Finnish study look it up if you're interested. I will know if these tablets work the next time I have my iron levels tested. I'll update this review based on those results. Nice small tablets, easy to get down with a meal and water.
