There are no instructions with the bag so initial setup of bladder and drinking tube was a bit annoying.
There is a rather misleading opening at the bottom of the bag, where one would assume the drinking tube goes, this is not the case as the tube kinks so much you cannot get any water through.
Once I looked back at the product pictures I saw where the hose emerges from.
This design is ok, however it means the tube hangs down quite far when walking, and bangs against you.
The water from the first few uses tastes disgusting, like melted plastic. But I shall run some water through and maybe add some cordial. However a replacement bladder may be in order.
The bag itself is spacious even with the water bladder. And the locking mechanism on the mouth piece is a nice touch along with the cover (my wife’s more expensive hydration pack doesn’t have this)
The bag does have a lot of what I see as useless straps which also flap about when walking. I may cut these off.
So aside from some initial problems it’s a good bag for the price.
