Very disappointed in this. I bought it thinking as it was a Fisher Price product it would be high quality and safe. Unfortunity after only using it a handful of times the stitching of one of the arches came undone, causing it to fling into the air and collapse the other arch onto my baby. Fortunately he was unharm, though it did startle him.
I have gone on to contact fisher price directly via email, within a couple of hours I had a phone call back, as a result of that phonecall they send me a free post label to send it directly to them and in return they are sending me vouchers for the RRP. Fisher price customer services were brillant.
