Not fit for purpose. I purchased this shredder in August 2018. It overheats, can't take more than a single page at a time and even when fed one sheet at a time, it clogs its blades. I don't know about you, but unclogging crosscut blades is not high on my "things I really feel comfortable doing" list. If I had such a list.I unplug it to clear the blades, but I've watched too many Greys Anatomy not to still fear a freak turning of the blades.I've put up with it because I paid good money for it, but it makes my life harder rather than easier.I wouldn't recommend it, and I wont be buying another one.I do like that it wont "go" unless the top is properly placed into the bucket. Almost as though it needs to connect a circuit.I don't like the easy clog function.
