Your product description states "Feliway Optimum Diffuser Starter Kit and Refill, 48ml", so I was expecting to find a kit and a REFIL in the box. This was not the case as the 'Refill' is required immediately to get your product to work. At £23, I would say it is rather expensive.
It's too early to say what effect it has on my cat's behaviour, but I will update this review in a couple of weeks.
In the meantime you should consider amending the product description to something a little less misleading.
