EXPERIENCED FOAM ROLLER AND TRIATHLETE REVIEW:

As a runner I have used numerous rollers over 10 years.

I bought this one 4 weeks ago, and after the second use it made a crunching sound, and has broken.

I am a 75Kg male, and have used foam rollers for many years without ever having a “crack”.

The internals of this roller are utterly inappropriate for any rolling on Lower back, glutes, hamstrings or thighs. It cannot take sufficient bodyweight. The internals are made of separate plastic panels which seem to be glued together.

Compared to my last 2 rollers, one of which was cheaper, this is not fit for purpose.

I would NOT recommend this product.

Terrible!!! I’ve had this a few weeks and it’s already broken! You can see from the photo the it’s cracked all the way down the inside of it.
