We've been using this constantly with our new cat now for months, started with two refills plugged in and now we're down to one.
Without this plugged in our bundle of fluff can be a bit hyper and this helps him calm down, it's very noticeable that it's working and usually takes less than 24 hours to kick in. So from that perspective I consider this to be a brilliant product however it may not work with every cat.
What I absolutely hate about this product is the fact that despite following the manufacturers instructions including further guidance issued from their customer service via email, this product simply DOES NOT last 30 days as stated on the packaging. If anything it will last just over 20 days which in reality means you need to buy 4 bottles to get 3 months worth.
Feliway's response to this is to direct the problem back to Amazon however I have purchased multiple multipacks now and the problem is the same so I cannot see this as being a batch problem or indeed Amazon's fault. In fact a colleague of mine has their Feliway on a smart plug and turns it off at night and this is the only way they can get theirs to last 30 days, so it's not just my use of the product.
Overall fantastic product that doesn't last as long as stated.
