    I've seen this hula hoop all over the internet and how it helps slim down your waist. I've used it for a while now and I think it's perfect! As a person who doesn't really enjoy moving around too much, this is really efficient and I don't wanna put it down at all. It takes some time getting used to but once you do, its super easy to use. There are also extra joints to adjust the size, just make sure you wear a shirt that covers your waist, or else it may squeeze your skin a bit. It's really easy to put together and self-explanatory so there's no need for instructions. I highly recommend it, even my cat loves it!

    I brought this thing and was trying to do some casual exercise at home under this pandemic. I received the product around a week ago. Since the size range that the hoop can be adjusted is huge, My husband loves to use it, as much as I enjoy to watch a 200lb BIG MAN swinging this thing like a smooth young lady in-front of me. Good gadget. But would be better if the opening buckle is smoother to open.
