Good quality, versatile baking mats

This is a good set of three baking mats, 2 half-sheet sized (42cm x 29.5cm) and 1 quarter sheet (29.5cm x 21.5cm) they look smart and are of a good thickness (0.75mm) which makes them more stable than cheaper versions.They can be used at -40F as well as at high temperatures of over 400F.They are very versatile they can be used for cooking, baking, and chilling.I really liked the useful templates for pastry, macarons, and eclairs.There are measurements along the sides of the mats in inches and centimetres, which are also helpful.Things like toffee piped chocolate and royal icing shapes which tend to stick, even on baking parchment, just slide off this surface.Although it is true that no oil or cooking spray is required, when I am cooking ‘healthy eating’ chips, I find that using a one calorie cooking spray helps to crisp and give colour to them.The mats can either be washed in warm soapy water or in the dishwasher but NOTE, only on the top rack.One of the huge additional bonuses of using these mats is that they wash clean so easily and save having to scrub baking trays.They are easy to store, roll them up, and snap a band around them, this is included.They comply with the current safety standards, they are BPA Free and nontoxic.They are reasonably priced, good quality, and can be used time and time again and you can therefore save money on parchment paper or foil.

You don’t have to use them for just baking, I have used for fish and chips, pizza 🍕 etc, and nothing sticks to them, I haven’t used parchment paper since receiving them.
These oven mats are easy to use and easy to clean afterwards, if anything does spill onto it whilst in the oven, you can just wash or wipe off.
They come with handy measurement and piping guides, which can be used to help make many things; eclairs, biscuits, meringues etc.
They are easy to store, just roll up and use the elastic band provided.
