How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings, help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.

I ordered 2 of these games when opened on Christmas morning we found 2 identical blank cd rom Maxwell discs !!!! On closer inspection of the cover you can see that it has been photo copied. I had 2 very upset children and I myself I’m livid 😡 Amazon have been informed but I’m disappointed that they were even allowed to trade on their site. I expect a full refund.

Career mode is completely broken. Lots of features broke resulting in career mode being unplayable. Avoid purchasing until these are fixed. Search YouTube for “Fifa 20 Career Mode Broke”. You’ll see all of the issues with this game. This happened in FIFA 19 too! Took EA months to resolve. I am requesting a refund. Thanks EA waste of time and money AGAIN.

Just not enjoyable. The defenders are so slow and static, very unrealistic gameplay.
FUT which was my favourite game mode has majorly gone down hill since I last played, there is no actual season with 10 games to get promoted with a W = 3 points Draw = 1 system, you just play endlessly going up and down with no real structure. Also you play teams which play in your away kit every game making it feel like you are playing the same game over and over. Packs are also ridiculously expensive, especially considering you could spend £15 and be lucky to get 4 or 5 80 rated or better players. I opened 15 pounds worth of packs and the best players I got was 80 rated Ospina and a 80 rated Trippier, needless to say I wont buy packs again.
The good addition to the game is Volta, major down fall? No online mode for it, making it a pointless addition for me personally as online is all I'll play.
All in all, I could see past the disappointing structure of ultimate team if the game play was actually enjoyable, but the game play is just so stiff and static. There is no high tempo free moving players, it just feels like you are constantly stuck in the mud and players react stupidly which makes for very frustrating game play.

Very disappointed. EA put no effort into fixing their awful servers yet again. Gameplay is slow and boring it isn’t nice to control even the best players. There have been numerous updates made over the last few months and not one has made the gameplay better. If anything they have made an already appalling game even worse. EA tried to update certain players boots in Ultimate Team and messed this up so these players now have generic EA boots. This was months ago and still have not bothered to fix it. Much preferred Fifa 19 and I didn’t like that much either. EA need change from top to bottom!

Buggy, incomplete and generally unimpressive. Career mode is the last in a long line of insulting development cycles from EA, features either don't work are poorly implemented or seemingly missing - not worth £5 let alone £50.

Career mode has been completely neglected again, only a couple minor changes from last year. Got rid of the journey and replaced it with an awful alternative. Waste of money

Even after the massive update the game is still a mess, it lacks any sparkle, it feels and looks so flat, I believe EA sports and Fifa as run it’s course, and it just needs someone else to take over the next generation of football games, new ideas new look new everything really, they’ve just become so stale, year after year we get fed minimal changes for maximum cost, and if they didn’t have the kits, grounds etc I don’t think anyone would buy it, I also have PES 20 and even though that comes with its own problems it’s just blows Fifa away with its game play.
let’s be honest Fifa only added Volta football this year to make you look away from the stagnant game itself for a minute, at the end of the day Fifa needs to make the trip to Dignitas and Put itself and us out of our misery.
RIP Fifa you’ve had your day.
