DO NOT buy this product if you are looking for COMPOSTABLE. The description, name and pictures of these bags suggest that they are compostable. They are not. They are made from “recycled materials” the packing says, and it also says on the bags “biodegradable” which is absolutely not the same thing. Biodegradable can still contain micro plastics. I will be returning and purchasing the usual cornstarch bags from another supplier.
The description also suggests that these breakdown in 90 days, yet the packaging says 12 months which suggests they’re not biodegradable at all. Disgusting that companies can get away with this kind of advertising. Do not buy
