The cable has a woven sheath which makes it feel super premium, as well as metal housing on the connectors on both sides. The cable itself feels very durable and feels like it could put up with quite a bit of wear. The USB C side has a small white LED to indicate power.This cable works great for my 2020 MacBook Air and my 4K Samsung monitor. I also tested with my iPad Pro and it works just as great on that. I was hoping this cable would fix a problem with my old cable where the picture was a bit laggy, and this cable fixed it!

However, when I plugged in this cable I got the full 5120x1440p @240hz the monitor is capable of straight away. My 6 year old gaming PC can only do 120Hz at this resolution as the graphics card lacks display stream compression, so I'm pretty pleased!
The little LED on the USB-C end is a nice touch to let you know it's connected and it seems to click into the port positively, unlike some cables that you just have to shove and hope.

I'd previously tried connecting my double-width 1440p monitor to my Thinkpad X1 Nano laptop with an HDMI cable via a USB-C hub, but it could only manage 3830x1080 resolution @60Hz. This was pretty disappointing as the pixel count of the monitor is actually lower than 4K, which is supported by this setup @60Hz.By Adam TL on 2 March 2022

I have bought this USB C to displayport cable from Uni, and I'm realy happy with this product, it's very high quality cable and both ends. Aslo it's deliver high resolution screen with High Refresh Rate, tested with Apple products ( Macbook Pro - iPad ) and worked perfectly, Monitor HP 24inc and Samsung 27inc and I actuly liked the white light to show it's operational, it's small thing but makes things easy. Competitively price.
