This has made such a difference. It's very comfy and easy to adjust. I had gone from not being able to pick up a plate from the pain, to having only mild twinge now and then. It really does make a difference. You can adjust the support for your needs, tighter doing tasks, looser when relaxing and not using the shoulder. I wear mine over base clothing as I have big bust and it prevents rubbing around there and under the arm if wearing for all day, it's pretty nice soft neoprene, and I've not had running, but more for personal comfort. Very pleased with it.
