Good adhesion & support offering relief from Plantar Faciitis, unfortunately my skin reacted with the tape causing redness and considerable itching, I think a Hypo-Allergenic variant is essential so i can’t give more than 3 stars on this occasion.

Edit. I originally marked this product 3 stars but was approached by the sellers who initially offered a £20 voucher as a goodwill gesture for my discomfort. When I responded it was made apparent that they wanted me to either upgrade my review or delete it. I refuse to do either as people should be aware of possible reactions for those with sensitive skin. Due to the behaviour of the seller & potential risk I have reduced my rating to one star.

Just a quick note to say be careful. I’ve used KT tape for back pain relief before, mainly from Boots but it’s really expensive so wanted to try this. Started well but after my first day at work I got home and needed this off my back. Whilst taking off, it became clear I had had a reaction to this and where the tape had been I was blistered. I have no idea why and this has not happened with any other tapes I’ve had. Be careful. Good tape, felt good and it may have been a one off but just take care.

I will start on a high note, I was really impressed at the level of detail provided in the instruction booklets, plenty of images showing what not to do, what you should, shows some common problems and how to fix them. There's also a cute little test patch they give you. Unfortunately the product wasn't able to fulfil its purpose for me, the adhesive was really poor and felt more like it had to stick of a plaster rather than something supportive. It's a big shame as I followed the instructions and ensured my skin was dry, but I think my ladies were just too heavy for the tape to support and it would peel off haha. I think this would be absolutely fine for those who have a smaller chest as there is less weight for the tape to hold, but I definitely is not suited for larger breasts as advertised.

i wore titty tape on the hottest days we've had so far and it held the girls up very well, no irritation, just make sure you put it on when you are completely dry from showering/moisturising ect.

i like that it came with nipple covers and instructions on how to position the tape for certain looks or tops you're wearing to conceal and get the best results. it was very helpful especially as it was my first time doing so

I am technically 27E but bras are not made to those specifications. Bra hunting has always been an expensive and tiresome chore for me. It’s near impossible to find the right bra that will fit and give me enough support on a daily basis. Even when I do, the bras stretch after a few months and I don’t feel supported anymore. I even stopped jogging and avoided jumps because high impact movements hurt.

After trying out this tape I can finally go bra-less in certain outfits AND I tape up to use it in conjunction with my bras on days when I know I might have to be a bit more athletic. I can now jump and jog again like a free spirited child.

I have longe suffered with a knee issue from an old cycling accident, I have tried a lot other tapes which all help to relieve some of the occasional pains however this one is a step above the rest. For a start this one comes precut so don't have to mess around with scissors trying to cut strips off. The adhesion quality is also really good, I have worn this stuff when swimming and it still remains firmly in place. The actual stretch within the tape is very good and still allows you to have full movement. Other tapes I have tried are sometimes stiff and cause more harm than good however this isn't true for this one. Also good to see that they have included 3 tapes rather than having to buy individual roles as I get through this stuff rather quickly! Overall a great product and recommending to friends and family who also suffer with sporting/joint injuries.

I have never had a reaction to plasters or similar in my life, I even wore the test patch that they included for a day and had no issues. When wearing the tape I was okay but noticed some itching after a couple of hours but thankfully it was time to go home. Upon removing the tape I felt soreness and noticed blistering like you get on bad sunburn around the edge of where the tape was adhered, not underneath it though which is strange. Either way just reviewing to provide a warning, you might be fine you might not. As mentioned I do not usually have an allergy to plasters or medical tape so this was unexpected. Other than that the tape is stretchy, comfortable to wear and lasts a good few hours and I appreciated the nipple covers as I can only imagine how sore they would have been if I applied the tape directly to them!

Ripped my skin off - please be careful

Stuck on really well, and did a cold enough job at lifting etc. sometimes the edges curl a bit which makes the edges show under a tight top.

What horrified me most is that after wetting the tape with a warm cloth that I’d run under the hot tap, I pulled a bit away and suddenly felt a lot of pain, realising that my flesh had been ripped off. The stripes on my skin follow the adhesive pattern. This was horrible and painful and now it’s the next day and I still have an oozing wound. I was terrified to take the rest of the tape off (I had used a lot) and had to sit under a hot shower for 10 mins before removing the rest.

The instructions on the box say wetting the tape with a cloth is enough which is wrong. It also doesn’t warn you that your skin might rip off.

I found an email from the seller saying to shower to take it off, but only after I’d gone looking, and this should definitely be on the instructions on the packaging.

I’m really angry that this product is out there, it’s really not safe to use.
