Having read others reviews, I was reluctant to try these but having purchased Crayola numerous times over the years with my children, I knew it was a good brand and the price of just 99 pence, I decided to give it a go and I am so glad I did!
We have just got back into playing darts and have been using the chalk that came with the dart board set to mark our scores on the blackboard.
I purchased this not only because the chalk supplied wouldn't last very long, it was also very dusty and I found myself coughing when using it, it was also very thick to write on the board with.
This Crayola chalk was like a revelation - I could tell it was a more solid stick - as soon as you hold it you could feel the difference in the quality; superior to the one being used previously but as soon as I started to write on the board it was amazing! I was like writing with a pencil - the numbers were crisp and precise and not at all thick smudgy numbers that the other chalk was achieving! Also...no dust and no coughing...
definitely recommended - especially for blackboard writing.
The chalk I received was fully intact with not a single breakage and I would rate it higher if possible - brilliant price and fabulous to use! It may be a little hard for young children to enjoy (depends on age) but for writing on blackboards it is absolutely brilliant and I can actually write neatly with it which is a bonus!
