The cover however does have a fairly large red Netflix ad stuck to the front of it. It is not removable. Both on the box and on each individual book.
Rather a shame when I bought the box set specifically to avoid any advertisement on the cover.
I can look past the egregious marketing practices for the content inside of the books, but if you really can't stand the cover and have access to a decent printer, the to scale artwork is available online for all of the books included and they come without the advertisement. I found this via a post on reddit.
Overall print quality is fine. Mine arrived undamaged in a neat box which houses all of the books. I'm knocking off two stars for that horrible red thing everyone hates. The stories themselves are well worth a read. I'd advise getting a different style of book if you are really worried about the overall appearance of the covers, but it's going to be hard with Netflix having a stranglehold over the series.

Can't wait for the Netflix series. If this is true to the story may well be another GOT.
