A total waste of money. Very upset as £10 is alot to me. We tried 5 times, in 2 different freezers, leaving it in up to 5 days at times, it didn't work once! My friends daughter said exactly the same. I will be requesting a refund

I was a bit concerned when I read the reviews on the Chill Factor cup so I purchased one for my son before I purchased one for my daughter as she is slightly older. We had excellent results with these I purchased the famous branded syrup and kept that in the fridge along with the cold water in a bottle, I found freezing the cups wet the best way and also be a bit patient with it and just keep squeezing for 1 or 2 minutes. Kids ususally have one after school then cups are washed and refrozen for the next day. Only downside is the inner cup takes up quite a lot of room in the actual cup so you don't end up with much drink but as we are using the syrup that is probably a good thing in regards to sugar consumption.

One of my daugthers saw this product on a tiktok video and she found this product.

My daughter an I were quite excited to order this product. Washed thoroughly as recommended. FIlled with water and straight off into the freezer for 5 hours.

It was frozen, no in even close to the ice formation as shown in the product video. I am guessing this could be -

the settings of the freezer is too low
or
the product doesn't do as per the video.

I had to return it back, ironically. We both were gutted :(

I saw the advert for this on Cartoon Network and I just had to get one as I love Slush Puppie drinks but they only have 2 flavours available in the supermarket. I read through the reviews on here and there are many low star reviews, saying it’s a waste of money because it doesn’t work but everyone has their own opinion. For best results in my experience with first time use, it says freeze for 6-8 hours but I left it in freezer overnight and then tried it. Within minutes of filling with drink, it started turning to slush when squeezing the cup. Very pleased with the results and it’s perfect for the hot weather. The best thing is you can use any chilled drink you like to make a Slushie! 😊

It does not freeze or make slushies like it claims to. Doesn’t work, we left it over night and it never froze. We left it in the freezer all day today and it still didn’t freeze. My daughter has frozen magic and left it in for 5 hours and it worked perfectly. Don’t waste you money on this.
