Completely safe hygiene and handling: the CATSAN Smart Pack consists of a dry fleece and a layer of Hygiene Plus litter from CATSAN and is simply placed over the edges of the toilet
Thanks to the combination of CATSAN Hygiene Plus & dry fleece, less litter is needed and the material to be disposed of, this protects waste bin and the environment

Application:
1. Place the Catsan Smart Pack in the litter box and roll it out over the long side of the toilet.
2. Then tear it along the perforation and put the side panels over the edges of the cat litter tray.
3. And you're done. You can completely dispose of the Catsan Smart Pack after about a week or fill it with a little fresh litter of Catsan Hygiene Plus Litter.

Composition:
Lime, quartz sand + super absorber insert.

They are so easy to use. Clean the tray, (I suggest that you) put an extra tray liner under the opened up roll of cat litter. The roll has just enough litter for one tray so no waste and there’s so little mess when changing the tray. The extra tray line catches litter and damp litter when the Catsan roll splits, due to enthusiastic scratching and makes the tidying easier. If you remove the dirty litter and top it up with a little extra litter from a separate sack of catsan, the litter tray doesn’t need changed as often. This cat litter really reduces the smell of having a litter tray and an indoor cat.

It's hard to work out if we love or hate our cat.

He provides unbridled joy and love with snuggles, but he causes massive heartache with the trail of destruction he normally leaves after a bowel movement. The arguments over who would do the cleaning were biblical.

We had tried litter tray liners with other litter types and he'd rip straight through the liner, causing untold dust clouds of wretching.

With this stuff, it's super absorbent, no dust and our cat has failed to rip a single liner.

Really improved our relationship with litter tray clean up and one of the main reasons we probably won't divorce.

If you hate litter trays then this is for you! I got a new kitten who needed to stay inside for a few months. Personally I can't stand the process of cleaning out and scrubbing the bottom of a litter tray, plus I never think you can get all the bacteria out of the scratches they leave in the plastic.
These are really simple and despite the description they do fit well in a slanted litter tray with a high back.
I spot clean through the week and change it at the weekend. Just tie it together and put it in a bin bag leaving the litter tray looking brand new!
The absorbant pad at the bottom also means I've not smelt any cat pee at all.
Would never go back to normal litter!

I'm severely disabled and bed bound for over 10 months of the year so changing the cat tray is hard for me. These have actually help me keep my 11 year old cat rather than up give her up! They work great. Sometimes my cat rips the bad a little bit at the top but thats fine no leaking. the liner works perfectly it's like a nappy but you do need adds an extra large scoop of litter in at start mainly in the corners, I usually get the full 10 days out of it as long as you clean out the poo every day and give it a good stir move the wet to top. Highly rate it! Its quick, easy, and works!! Wouldn't use anything else. Been using for a year now. I was a regular buyer until they couldn't be bothered to deliver, and didn't inform me. I would use another from now on.

Love this product as it fits so neatly into my cat’s litter tray , the layer on the bottom deals with urine
And the gravel ( catsan) covers the faeces making them odour free till you get to the scoop and bag
The only downside I found was with a feral cat we bought inside
She found it a bit sharp on her paws and wouldn’t use it
In her case we use catsan clumping lovely and soft
These inserts into the litter tray are so good for my bad back , I don’t have to pick up a twenty litre pack of litre which I can’t really do

I LOVE THIS LITTER AND SO DO MY CATS! I changed to this litter by chance last year and I thank God I did. I have asthma so using the other litter would always bother me when changing it since it produces a lot of dust while doing so. Also, their pee soaked at the bottom and aggravated my asthma. This litter soaks up their pee at the bottom making the litter box always clean. It's very easy to change and keeps everything clean and neat. My cats got used to it immediately and didn't mind the change since day one. It never ripped even though my cat digs excessively sometimes.

I had already written a review for this but it doesn't appear to have been added to the product page. I've found these smartpacks to be the quickest and easiest way to change the litter every few days and the cat is very happy with it. I don't think I'd ever go back to using the bags of loose litter, especially as I have mild mobility problems now. Delivery was speedy and packaging was good although I did struggle a bit to remove the tape from the parcel to open it. Will definitely order again.

This is a real game changer in regards to changing cat litter! It is easy to use and so much cleaner than buying bags of litter, with the liner included it seemed to stay smell free for several days longer than I expected ( I was removing the poop daily) I ended up only changing to a new one after about 7 days but as I only have one cat I could have left it longer as the liner is really absorbent.
