Campaign is short but probably one of the best that I've played for a long time playing on hard or veteran is a challenge. the zombies could of been a lot more then it is the direction they gone in is fantastic but it seems to be tacked on with no contracts unlike the multi player its sort of a let down for me as I am a big fan of this game mode in other titles l. Multi player is why most people buy the game and it pretty good lots of fun to be had . maps are small which compensates for the slower pace of the players ( no longer super soldiers with jet packs but ww2 era as the name suggests ) however this leads to spawn point trapping in pretty much every match ( enemy run into your starting area to gain easy kills ) camping which is pretty much in every cod game and of course quick scoping ( being able to get a one shot kill every time with sniper rilfes) which is the work of Satan. gun consistency seems all over the place your either rambo gunning every one down or shooting peas but it is fun game to play. Ive been a fan of cod since the very first game came out and sadly the title has been going down hill and in all this one is more exception its not a bad game but it could of been better

After being away from COD since the original Black Ops, WWII tempted me back in and it's ok but I am a bit disappointed in the multiplayer. For me it hasn't moved on at all, still offering the same formulaic maps and game modes. The war aspect of it is good but coming from playing Battlefield for ages, the size of the maps and only 6 a side feels really dated. I know COD isn't and never will be Battlefield but these are things that they really should have moved on with for me. Even some things like a destructible environment would be welcome.

Campaign is good enough and will keep you entertained for a while, as will the multiplayer but I was hoping for more. Don't regret buying it though.

same old rehashed COD, I only really play it online and I don't think they've every fixed the lag online that they inserted when they did their lag compensation, in the good old days of modern warfare 2 if you were the host you had the advantage or if you came up against the host you knew you weren't going to win a 1 on 1 battle however it seems to be these days the worst connection wins and players sliding or snaking or ghhosting around with terrible connections winning battles

Solid game however don't be fooled if you are a recreational gamer COD now has a high base skill level so dipping in and out causes serious frustration with many many users spending days rather than hours playing. Be it Pro gamers or just lack of a job this is a tough game.

Single player is classic COD another seriously average short play through but after all this I would still recommend picking the game up.

Campaign:
The campaign is just nice! The atmosphere is great, the graphics and the sounds are lovely. After playing the first 3 missions, it felt like I would be a part of the story. The chars/actors are just doing great!

Multiplayer:
Where should I start ... The connection is rubbish, even the fact that I`m using my PS4 via LAN connection [60.000 MBit/s download, 5 MBit/s upload]. Sometimes, I'm lucky and I'm seeing the other players first. Sometimes, the other players are lucky and see me first. Sometimes I'm dying and even don't know why, as there is a delay/timelag. Obviously, there's too much traffic on their servers.

Also, the recoil of the weapons (especially MP40 & Thomson/Thommy gun) seems to be "buggy". Sometimes, whilst shooting the weapons are swifting away in strange way.

Zombie:
The Zombie mod is quite fun, even that there are just 2 maps (including the easter egg level).

Best COD game I have ever played...stunning graphics and gamey. Multiplayer is sublime, grounded, smooth, varied and greatly reduced COD dafties trying to get no scope cross map 900 degree headshot with a potato gun nonsense. Been playing since released and will continue too...soo much bang for the buck.

The single player campaign is entertaining - the multiplayer is the same fast-paced chaos as usual in COD. Maybe my preferences have changed over time, but by now I prefer more tactical shooters like Rainbow Six Siege which I have been playing in multiplayer for >1.5 years now without getting bored. In COD, I can play a couple of rounds every now and then, but I could not imagine playing it with my friends on a regular basis.
