We have had the swing for about a month and a half and only used it a hand full of times and the swing part of it is no longer working. For the price of it I think it’s not good at all. (Comfort and look of it we have no complaints). We thought it was the batteries but the music still works and the timer will still come on. We are not very happy and don’t know how to contact the seller about this.

This does not have vibration as it's advertised.
We nearly returned it as it wasn't clear there's a tap you need to pull out for the swing motion to be smooth and not jerky.
The battery usage seems very efficient. We've used it for a couple of weeks now without recharging them yet (4xAA)

Chair can be tilted in different positions for baby & also can be locked to stop it swinging. Has a head hugger, safety straps & removeable cover for washing. Also has teddies that dandle over baby to play with. Light weight but very strong. Well made. Battery operated. JH

Fine for the price if rarely used

Luckily bubs isn't a massive fan of this swing but it comes in handy when needed. It's folding design is alright but not as slimline as expected, the swing itself is absolutely fine but the seating and reclining angles are a bit too severe making it look like bubs is squished when seated and almost upside down whne reclined.
The battery access requires unscrewing so a bit of a hassle if you need to move quickly for battery replacement. And prepare yourself for Christmas tunes back to back for around 30mins! Thought I was going mad for a minute when we first heard them!
For us, it wasn't our first choice but it's done its job and where bubs prefers the playmat and beanbag chair, it seldom gets used so we're grateful we didn't spend alot of money.

This does swing relatively nicely. The seat is too bucket so they can look slumped and this worries me for airway when small. I wish they swing further. This also bangs at the end of every swing and this can seem un-relaxing for the baby. Bit disappointing overall. Once you have assembled you can't take it apart to take it back! annoying.

Poor quality/build defect

Even though putting together is fairly simple, the main part holding the rocker together does not clip in fully and so hangs loose which is very dangerous. Not comfortable putting my newborn in something that has potential to dismantle itself. In addition to this defect, the swing movement is robotic and overall it seems to have a lack of power on all settings. The only setting that actually moves it enough is the highest and even that struggles.
I am very let down with this product and would not recommend any one to purchase it.

Disappointed. Not worth the money

Our daughter didn't take to this and I'm not surprised in the slightest. Appears very cheaply made and does not have what I would consider a “swinging" motion. The motion is very stiff and robotic.

Don't waste your money on this item. I would have returned it, or not bought in the first place, if I could.
