Update: My first impressions gave a good review. BUT the second time I used the scissors it completely fell apart. Picture of proof. So disappointed.

I must admit that Ive used the scissors only once so gave it 4 stars as I had no issue with how it trimmed my hair, the size, value for money etc. If it stays the same, it will get 5.

A waste of time and money. Not as pictured. There was only one rubber hoop in the package, added loosely, separately to the scissors and it's too big so useless. Impossible to return. Avoid!

After leaving the above review I got contacted by their customer service and been offered a correct replacement. The item arrived in an already cut open packaging and they stopped responding. This is outrageous. The item is not advertised as a used one. I've used Amazon for many years and never experienced anything like this!
