Honestly much better than a normal punchbag in my opinion, absorbs the hardest shots I can give without hurting my wrists (lol), and immediately goes back to original shape. I think it will probably last a lot longer than a normal one as well as obviously there is no stuffing to get moved around inside, but I haven't had it long enough to tell yet. And yeah it is much better for uppercuts as you can get right up underneath it!
Only downside is you have to fill with water before you can use it (which can be a bit fiddly!), but there is an adaptor for a standard hosepipe in the box that comes with it

Update August 2021: I've had the 12" one almost five months now and it is still as good as new, despite being outside the whole time and me using it one or two hours every week. I've also now got the larger size one as well, as I've got them both hanging from a tree on long chains and I wanted something that swung around a bit less. The large one is literally exactly the same as the 12" one but bigger (d'uh), but I've filled it up less than the 12" so it's even more flexible and forgiving on your wrists when you really belt it. Still using the 12" one for rapid strikes, but the larger squishier one for power punches and combos (as it moves less). Definitely still recommend both bags either way!
