So I had a bulk shaker, the 700ml bottle. As in on the side of the bottle the measurements go up to 700ml.
To keep it short I needed a little more space to shake things and volume to max out dosages and duration (I use it during 6-8 hour work shifts in a kitchen as a trickle supply of amino acids and glucose), so I figured I'd step up from the large to the extra large....
Well as it happens the XL is 100ml bigger than the 700ml bottle as far as the measurements open the side of the bottle go. If you filled it right the cap then yeah, it probably holds a litre but this I feel is rather misleading.
Also though the bottle itself doesn't leak (and the flip off cap is going nowhere!) the main screw cap part can hold liquids and then proceeds to slowly let them go as you shake the bottle half an hour later or it bumps around a little in your bag. Its not a lot but it is enough to be annoying.
If you need a big shaker bottle and you don't already have one then this is a good buy. If you already have a pretty damn big bottle then really there isn't much point in this.
Bulk is a weird company, I've been buying from them for years and on some things they are legit af but on others you've got to wonder who was thinking what (like their non-stim pre workout, they don't even tell you what the citrulline malate ratio is, not that it'd matter because its under dosed anyway but still, HOW under dosed haha)
