The mascara arrived today. It did not have a cover around it for hygiene purposes. When I have purchased this in a store it has always had a wrap around it. To prove it has not been opened. I only hope it has not been used. I am very reluctant whether
to use it or not. Surely there is a health risk here and should they be sold like this? Health warning don't buy this product if it is not wrapped.

This mascara arrived without a hygiene seal, just a red sticker that’s says warranty void when seal is broken. Well no wonder! You have to break the seal to open the mascara and it is dried out. Either very old stock or it is not new. Either way it is only fit for the bin. Very disappointed, also that Amazon continues to allow this to be sold. Wish I had read back through the older reviews. I only bought this online to avoid a trip to the shops. Will only be buying this in store, properly sealed, in future.

I have bought many mascaras over the years, some good some not so good but none as cheap as this one. Can't believe out of them all this is definitely the best. It goes on so easily without clumping at all, lasts all day without smudging then comes off easily at night. What a find. I'll never go back to the more expensive makes that don't deliver half as much as this one.

I have used Rimmel mascara for years and years and have never felt the need to change brands. I purchased this mascara via amazon in order to make my purchase hit the free delivery threshold, a filler if you like.
The price was excellent so thought having discovered the product it would be a go too item each time.

I purchase it a while back and only just needed to retrieve it from the cupboard. Within a very short time of application my eyes were absolutely streaming, burning and the reaction so severe I had to remove it. It took a while for my eyes to recover.

Puzzled by the reaction from a product I have used over 40 years, I gave it the benefit of the doubt and used it the following day believing that perhaps something else caused the reaction. Immediately, my eyes burned, streamed and became very painful, this time despited removing the mascara the reaction effected my eyes for some time.

Something is not right with this product! Perhaps Rimmel have altered the recipe and something does not agree with me, I don't know.

I will be buying the product again but from BOOTS.

Bought it as I read good reviews. You can often find budget-friendly gems.. This is not the case for this one I’m afraid. I have medium length lashes and I only buy mascaras for volume and this is definitely NOT a Volume mascara. The Before-After picture its after 2 applications! I use a budget-friendly mascara from Essence it’s faaaaaaar superior!

•If you want natural results this is the mascara for you!
•If you want bold black colour and volume look for something else.

PS: this type of brush is good though for the inner corner of the eye (no smudge) as it’s quite thin. It could work well on lower lashes as well for the same reason.

Love this mascara, really good value, have bought 4d Mascara before for a long lash look and gone thick and gloopy but this is really effective at seperating the lashes and giving a longer look and isnt too thick either, stayproof too

Unsafe to use!! Screw lid arrived totally sheared off. Clearing been opened and screw section is snapped off and stuck in lid. Contents congealed and unsafe. I want a refund. Left seller review and haven’t heard anything. Should have 0 star rating why is that not an option?
