This shredder is very good value for money. In other reviews it does say that it looks like the shredder has been used, I read the booklet that came with the shredder, it does state that there may be paper on the bottom (in my case paper dust), due to the fact they test each one, maybe this is why other customers have had this problem.I would recommend for house hold or occasional use. Maybe buy a more expensive one if your going to be using it on a regular basis.

I would recommend for house hold or occasional use. Maybe buy a more expensive one if your going to be using it on a regular basis.

This shredder is very good value for money.
