Broke after 3 days.
I had this model because of the claims of extended running time and robustness but after just 2 bags of shredding it started making more noise. (I made sure I halved the shredding quantity too, just to be sure). Then on the third bag, it got its self in a mix and tried to forward and reverse constantly and went bang, literally sparks from the back. So much for the safety claims too.
Amazon have not been able to collect either (yes they did deliver) as too big and heavy for them. 3 weeks on and 6 additional days of waiting in, plus many coms, it is still in my hall waiting for them. Be funny if it wasn’t me!!
Additionally, after the initial noise, I thoughT I’d email Bonsii for advise, but their support took 2 days to reply and by the it had gone bang.
If Amazon or Bonsii reply to this saying how sorry they are, it is just PR rubbish. Amazon offered me £5.00 compensation for 8 days (so far) of waiting in / 6 days of additional missed collections days from the initial refusal. Wonder if any of you guys can afford to do that!
Maybe you can tell I am not happy with the product or service here?!
