Nice box, damaged item. In my order options, there is no option to contact the seller to discuss what can be done about this broken item. I made attempts to contact two companies linked with the product and they both came back to say I should contact someone else.

There is an option to return the whole thing, but naturally, as it was a present, my daughter started using the other items.

Disappointed that I'm not able to contact the seller to discuss options.
