Took a punt on this game, I wasn't disappointed. We have only played it once so far, but I have been asked to bring it again. It was played by a family of eight, after a meal, four youngsters aged between 13 and 21, 3 middle aged adults and a granny aged 73. This game helped to span those age gaps.
We didn't follow the rules suggested, they weren't complicated, I just winged it, after all I was dealing with teenagers and a granny :-) plus I wanted to keep the game relaxed and play it so that family members could dip in and out of the game as they liked. The first card got them all hooked. It's a game where each challenges are 60 seconds, every challenge is different, so it's difficult to get bored watching or participating.
Our rules were that, one at a time we took it in turns to pick a card from the pack and you had 60 seconds (timer included in game) to carry out the challenge, if you were successful, you got to keep the card. There are so many challenges (160), that are simple yet entertaining and challenging in a nice way that everyone wanted to give their turn a go. The game was finished when we wanted a break, which was about an hour later.
Overall a thumbs up from me.
