Bought due to excellent reviews and it is a beautiful mat, excellent thickness for practicing sitting and foldable to store anywhere.

Two months on and my baby is 8 months old. It hasn't lasted. We have multiple years and splits along the seams. He is not a rough and tumble baby and no one else is allowed on it, so has only born his play. I thought it would be similar to playmats I've seen in Korea but the plastic coating is very flimsy and thin. No better than a plastic bag. In some areas it has detached from the foam and bagged, without tearing.

I'm really disappointed after the reviews and the cost. I'm now looking for cheaper foam mat that I don't mind getting damaged. I feel I haven't gotten what I paid for.

This crawling mat wowed me 😍 it is seriously worth every penny. For its price, it exceeded my expectations.

What I like about it:
- it's thickness makes me feel that my son is really safe on it. He's beginning to crawl and turn from back to front vice versa so I was really looking for a mat that's thick enough to buffer his head. I've been looking for this in local shops, failed to find it so I turned to Amazon.
- no smell of plastic
- it's firmness is just right. Not too hard, not too soft. Perfect for crawling.
- it seems like made from high quality materials.
- it's waterproof. Now that my son is starting teething, he's drooling everywhere. I just have to wipe any liquid off.
- it's easy to clean.
- it can easily be folded and stow away when visitors come.
- it's big enough. Fits most of his toys. I can even lay down beside him comfortably while he plays.
- the design is cute. It has a print for height measurement and letters and number are embossed on the surface.
- it's not slippery. My son's hands and knees don't slide when he tries to crawl.

This mat is a good investment where my son can practice turning and crawling; gives me peace of mind.

Am returning this as this is a cheap quality of coloured styrofoam mat. Am surprised by the rating. It’s definitely look waterproof so is styrofoam.

My regret is not taking photos but what you can do is Zoom onto the photos by those who has posted.

Unless you are looking at something can be folded, you might wanna consider Dwinguler Mat. After this disappointed purchase, I chanced upon a sales on a Dwinguler

Look at other designs especially if you don’t wanna a kiddy one. I ordered two, one kid’s design for the play area and another lovely simple grown up version for my sofa area so that’s baby can play on it + crawl as she is not an official crawler.

The dwinguler baby care mat has good resale value over eBay. Check it out. Baby stuff are expensive and if you can recoup by selling it away at a good price will help your pocket with growing kiddos!

2 mat design for the price of 1!

Needed to replace our baby's pay mat (the alphabet connected ones) after a 1st daughter's usage and wanted something that can easily be packed away when we have guest popping over. Came across this one which we thought was bit pricey but after reading some of the reviews we took the gamble as we liked the idea of having a mat that can be easily folded away rather than disconnect and fortunately the size of the mat was perfect for our living-room. The bonus when we received the mat is that it has 2 designs! (something we did not pay attention to in the description lol) So that allows our kids a bit of entertainment should they want to apply it with their toys.

Overall very impressed with it as its a different style to the usual 'alphabet playmats' and really does brighten up our living room! Recommended just for the portability and styling!

As a first time mum I get a little overwhelmed at how much there is available for babies. I wanted a large play mat for our lounge so I could play with our 6 month old who loves to roll at high speed. I'm seriously impressed with this mat, so much so i've bought a second one to keep at the grandparents as they've got laminate floors.

It came in a carry bag, not a particularly thick one but sufficient as the mat is very light, so it isn't putting any strain on the handles. It's super light for it's size so it can fold and travel easily, but I preferred to have a second one.

Initially the price did put me off and it stayed on my wishlist for a while, but having read other reviews I thought I'd give it a go, as like others I have had cheaper ones that interlock but just come apart as baby plays.

The size in particular is great, nice and thick, love that there's two designs. I'm happy that it's padded enough to support her when she tumbles and rolls. She particularly loves that she's got some resistance when she pushes with her feet, so much so she tries to make it squeak. I'd definately recommend this.

Update: my second mat arrived. I ordered the panda design for some variation and it didn't come with a carry bag? So I'm not sure if it is supposed to or not.

This mat has a cute design and is really big. It provided a good soft surface for my son to play and also helped when he used to tumble when standing. However, in just over a month I noticed it had started coming apart in a small area and the foam was exposed.

I sent it back and received a full refund. Its a shame because I really liked it, maybe it was a faulty one. If you do decide to buy it keep an eye out for any rips/tears
