I got this today, when i opened the lid, the brackets that held the lid together just fell off, the screws that attach it are so teeny tiny that they cannot hold any weight so when the lid was open and the ribbon was holding it up, out they came.
I had to use some of my brass 4mm screws to fix them which solved the problem but they were just a tad too long so have come out the other side. I have stuffed some fabric into the top edge so that they arent visible but its not ideal.
The fabric doesnt cover the whole box, mine was missing on the corners and i had globs of yellowy/brown glue visible.
I kept it as i could rectify the biggest problems myself, but overall its okay, not great, just okay. As with all manufacturing mistakes do happen and someone was obviously very sloppy with their job in this instance, doesnt mean that yours will be broken, it was just that mine was, but like i said i was able to bodge fix it.
