Mama Bear Ultra Sensitive Baby Wipes are especially developed for gentle cleansing of sensitive and newborn skin. These wipes are mild as cotton wool and water, thus suitable for all occasions, especially at nappy changes. They are formulated with 99.5% naturally derived ingredients and they do not contain perfume, parabens or phenoxyethanol. All our wipes are dermatologically tested under pediatrician control.

I haven't used the wipes yet and people may think that giving them 1 star for a product I haven't used yet is a bit harsh. However I purchased thease wipes on the bases that they are 100% biodegradable, better for baby and the environment. Since receiving the wipes and looking in to the packaging i have found they are made of number 7 plastic. Meaning not only are they not recyclable but they also may contain BPA (as the packaging doesn't state specifically which number 7 it is). Menaing there is a chance that BPA is seeping in to the wipes and becoming contaminated with BPA potentially cause health risks.
I'm sure not everyone will be as picky as me but I chose to pay extra for thease on their biodegradableness over their other wipes and feel let down that they couldn't have spent more time on the packaging. I'd rather put my money in Mum and You wipes knowing they are 100% biodgeable and recyclable.

Bought these as a biodegradable alternative to ordinary wipes. Individually each wipe is smaller than other brands and it’s not as soft as other brands. The material they are using seems slightly more rough and this may be down to the composition of the materials to make it biodegradable but you can definitely feel the difference. Nonetheless it still does the job very well and does not leave any signs of irritation on the skin. They are fairly moist and have virtually no fragrance at all. They are also quite affordable and despite being slightly harder, the wipes still work very well.

We used the mama bear sensitive wipes and they were absolutely fantastic, loved them, but when I had to reorder, the sensitive wipes were out of stock so I ordered the extra senstivie wipes (blue packaging) at a slightly higher cost. These new wipes were awful... It dried out quickly, usually comes out in 2, doesn't wipe well, and not soft on skin at all! We were very disappointed with the quality of these, even the packaging is worse! Not sure how it's possible that the sensitive wipes and the extra sensitive wipes are that far apart.....

I like how little ingredients they have and they have been fine on my daughters eczema prone skin. Also great as they are biodegradable! However, the surface tension on them is really weird so they all stick together, making it impossible to actually just pull one wipe out at a time without getting a big string of them. Means you need two hand to get a wipe out which isn't ideal when you're using the other hand to restrain a wriggling baby during nappy change! Didn't reorder these because of that.

We used re-usable nappies and re-usable (cheeky) wipes with my first daughter but 2.5 years on and the same re-usable nappies just did not seem to work with our second daughter, always leaking for no reason we could identify. We decided to switch to disposable nappies, and although I loved the re-usable wipes, the extra load of washing / faffing for a few re-usable wipes was not high on my to-do list when I was at the height of newborn-chaos. We decided instead to try bio-degradable wipes to ease out guilt. At first I admit I was not keen, I had got used to very wet, wet wipes, and had concerns that the wipes would not be as effective, and not really 100% bio-degradable (after seeing a TV documentary stating some products claiming to be degradable really just broke down into a million tiny pieces, worse than non-biodegradable) , plus not seeing any in the shops that said on the package with certainty they really were 100% bio-degradable. However these wipes do bio-degrade fully, as they are not made from plastic, plus the convenience of having them sent to us at a frequency we can determine/amend with ease has made them simple to use. We are often at home so the delivery aspect is no issue for us.

The wipes themselves serve the purpose, needing only 1 wipe for most nappy changes, and are reasonably "wet" (although I would prefer slightly wetter). Occasionally they do not feed through easily one after the other and I have to manually find the edge of the next wipe and pull it through. However these minor matters do not outweigh the positive aspects and we happily continue to use these wipes.

I was looking for affordable biodegradable sensitive wet wipes and I came across mama bear which are cheaper than leading brands and although the wipes seem a little smaller than most, they are just as soft and gentle as pervious wet wipes I have used. Very happy with this product and continue to use them for my daughter and to remove make up on myself.

I usually buy 1 box every month and i was so happy with them. Sadly after i made a subsribtion to get them automaticaly, they sent me some ugly copy of the usual ones. This one are soo dry and really not useful to clean baby...not even on the face because it feels just like a dry paper towell. I always buy these one because they had this plastic lid for easy use on the go and everywhere. That helped them to be always wet as they should be. So dissapointed ....

As you might notice when you use them first time, they don't come out one after the other, you have to route around in the packet to find the start for the next wipe and then you might get one or a bunch (more than two) or more, which is unhygienic and with mucky hands you can't push them back in, some come out after digging around one at a time but means going into a clean packet with hand that are mucky from babies bottoms, I have no problem as I use them for a different reason, but whoever is Quality Control at Amazon or the place where they make them needs a kick up the behind as all the Packets are like this, and I've been told that other manufacturers are using this trick so parents have to use the packets more quickly, so are Amazon know about this "fault" with it's product.
EDIT : Since I wrote this they've up't the QC and now you can get single sheets outs not half a dozen or none, so better for families 👍
