Handy, but restricted where you can use it

This is a handy plug adapter, which converts one plug socket into three! Additionally, it has two standard USB sockets and also USB-C socket. As you can see my photo, the way it works is you plug it into an existing plug socket and instantly convert it into 3 sockets immediately below that.There is no doubt that this is handy, but because of its design was slightly restricted where you can use it. Have a plug socket quite low down towards the floor, just above a thick skirting board? You might not be able to fit this in. Is your socket close to the edge of a wall or door frame? Again, you might not be able to use this in that location. if you’re using this in a double socket (like my photo) you might have trouble using the remaining plug, especially if the item has a downward facing adapter or a plug socket with a big thick moulded cable on the end.There is no doubt that this is handy I just think it’s restrictive so for that price you might be better spending your £18 better elsewhere. Yes, it’s handy having a nice neat extension with no trailing wires, but think carefully where you’re going to use this before investing.

There is no doubt that this is handy, but because of its design was slightly restricted where you can use it. Have a plug socket quite low down towards the floor, just above a thick skirting board? You might not be able to fit this in. Is your socket close to the edge of a wall or door frame? Again, you might not be able to use this in that location. if you’re using this in a double socket (like my photo) you might have trouble using the remaining plug, especially if the item has a downward facing adapter or a plug socket with a big thick moulded cable on the end.
